By purchasing any of the products and/or spiritual wellness services offered and sold by In Day's Care LLC via this site or other means, you are agreeing to our standard terms & conditions. Clients who have already signed a contract, please refer to both terms & conditions listed on this page and as stated in your contract.
PHYSICAL & DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASING POLICIES
ALL SALES OF EDIBLE HERBAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS.
ALL SALES OF BODY CARE, SKIN CARE, & HAIR CARE ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS.
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN CRYSTALS AND OR CRYSTAL JEWELRY WILL BE REFUNDED CASE BY CASE, AT THE DISCRETION OF IN DAY'S CARE LLC.
CUSTOM TOPICAL HERBAL PRODUCTS ARE REFUNDED CASE BY CASE, AT THE DISCRETION OF IN DAY'S CARE LLC.
THE DUPLICATION OR REPLICATION OF ANY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
EACH DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS INTENDED FOR USE OF THE PURCHASER AND IS NOT TO BE RESOLD OR REPACKAGED IN ANY WAY.
OUR DOWNLOADS ARE PROTECTED UNDER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE PURSUED TO ALL THAT VIOLATE THESE TERMS.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Products will be shipped twice weekly, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please allow up to 5 business days to process and fill your custom orders. Stock orders are typically processed and filled within 2 business days after the order is received.
All products are shipped 3 Day Priority Mail via USPS unless otherwise stated. Though we like to guarantee flat rate shipping, our prices are entirely dependent on the prices set by USPS.
Any delays in shipping once products have been shipped should be resolved directly through USPS via usps.com or 1 (800) 275-8777.
SERVICE POLICIES
All individual session or services rendered, payment will be collected before the date of services. For 1:1 Coaching services or multiple sessions, a card must be saved on file and a 50% deposit is required by the first date of service.
Clients will sign a contract with more details about the cancelling of services, our refund policy, etc.
Contracts are non-negotiable after signing. Deposits, payments, and contracts must be settled before the first date of service.
DEPOSITS MADE FOR SPIRITUAL WELLNESS SERVICES ARE NON TRANSFERRABLE AND ONLY APPLY TO SELECTED SERVICE AT TIME OF PLACING RESERVATION. CLIENTS HAVE 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF RESERVATION TO RESCHEDULE THEIR SESSION.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.
CANCELLATION GUIDELINES (as stated in client contract or during initial consultation) MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT OR REMAINING BALANCE.
IN THE EVENT THAT IN DAY'S CARE LLC, or any parties and/or employees working on our behalf, ARE UNABLE TO ADMINISTER PAID SPIRITUAL WELLNESS SERVICES, THE SERVICES WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT THE CLIENT'S CONVENIENCE WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE. IN THE EVENT SPIRITUAL WELLNESS SERVICES CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED, A REFUND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT AT THE DISCRETION OF IN DAY'S CARE LLC, ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
In Day's Care LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of the spiritual wellness services offered on our site in cases of compromised safety. If we feel that our staff or clients may be in danger during a session, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without notice. Services can be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of In Day's Care LLC on a case by case basis.
NO COMMUNICATION/ "GHOSTING" CLAUSE
If a client remains out of communication with us for longer than a period of 2 weeks after reserving per diem spiritual wellness services and/or on-going coaching/membership spiritual wellness services, without prior written notification and confirmation, In Day's Care LLC reserves the right to cancel and refuse service at a later date, without refunding any deposits or payments made towards the reserving of spiritual wellness services.
MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES
Upon purchase of membership ot subscription, you are agreeing to a monthly recurring payment. You are subscribing to a MINIMUM 3 month membership. You will be charged an initial service charge + tax to cover the FIRST 3 month program at the time of sign up. If you wish to discontinue the coaching program, you must cancel your coaching membership before the FORTH DAY (4th) OF EVERY MONTH to avoid being charged a monthly service fee. Failure to cancel or reschedule weekly sessions within 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a service charge and possible dismissal from the coaching program, which is at the discretion of In Day's Care LLC.
