INTUITIVE YOGA | teaching your body intuition

Did you know we store the majority of our trauma and tension in our hips? Strengthening the hips improves your overall range of motion and quality of life! In doing this, we also release any energetic blockages and can began to address our traumas. This is the goal of intuitive yoga. During our sessions I'll teach to align your chakras & raise your vibration, connect to your subtle bodies, and cleanse your auras through heart-based, spirit guided, intentional movement incorporated throughout traditional asanas. Intuitive Yoga is a multi-style practice (but still beginner friendly), including:

  • Ashtanga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Hatha

  • Bikhram

  • Kundalini & more.

I also offer Pregnancy, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.

GUIDED MEDITATION | teaching you to get your mind right

Guided meditation is the cognitive restructuring of your thoughts. Through guided imagery, I teach you to worry more effectively. If we're honest with ourselves, it's nearly impossible not to worry about all that's going on in the world today. I teach how to reflect so that you can evaluate what in your life is actually worth worrying over and what is simply out of your control. They're countless benefits to practicing meditation. A huge one? Imagining being well can improve your actual wellness. But overall, guided meditation has been proven to improve focus, relieve stress and anxiety, provide mental clarity, & much more!
