SO WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE HERBALISM?Herbalism is the study/ practical use of herbs as medicinal treatments. It is also known as phytotherapy.
At In Day's Care LLC we practice integrative herbalism. In short, I study my clients and fully assess their energetic fields to create an herbal plan that helps to create balance of the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate multiple spiritual wellness practices into my herbalism practice by selecting herbs, plants, and floral that have a physical healing profile as well as a corresponding astrological/spiritual healing profile to match my clients concerns/issues. |
Herbalism is intended to be used alongside traditional medicine to create a dynamic and thorough treatment plan. Herbalism is integrated into your already existing wellness practice or can be used to help you establish one.

EMBRACING A HOLISTIC LIFESTYLEI've had a love of plants all of my life and have been a student of nature for as long as I could remember. I actively began incorporating herbs into my lifestyle back in 2009. As a broke college student, you get creative. I didn't realize it then, but this was the first lifestyle overhaul and the first step, as an adult, to choosing a more holistic lifestyle. I began relying a lot more on Grandma's home remedies and exploring more pocket- friendly, all natural solutions.
After years of practice, I began seeking some certification/licensing to legitimize it all (to others). And here we are almost 3 years later. The learning is never done, I am an eternal student. I'll never be satisfied with my knowledge of herbs. And that's why you need to book your session and get started on your wellness journey. |
During our initial virtual consultation, I will assess your issues & lifestyle practices, to get a better understanding and to uncover the root cause.
After your consultation and physical assessment (can also be done virtually!), we will create a specific plan of action that directly target your issues. I will also choose the best application, be it a tincture, infused oil or tea, ointment, salve or cream. I do not offer a quick fix, healing of the mind, body, and spirit takes time!Herbalism works and will support an overall healthier and holistic lifestyle. |
