Energy healing is the practice of clearing energetic blockages in the body to kick start the body's self- healing capabilities. They're many forms of energy healing, though many may seem similar, they each have distinct benefits.
The goal of energy healing is to alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, or depression. These symptoms are usually physical manifestations of energetic blockages within, by removing the blockages my clients experience relief from these symptoms and find clarity and peace of mind.

Crystal energy healing is the practice of using a crystal's energy to unblock the body's energy centers, also known as the chakras.
During our session, I will scan the body in search of any negative energy or energy blockages. Crystals are chosen specifically based on your intentions or blockages and then placed on or around the body so you can physically benefit from the crystal's energies. |

REIKI HEALING

Reiki healing is a form of energy healing in which a reiki master scans the body for any blockages, focusing around the energy centers of the body.
During our session I will transmute any negative energy present through the use of traditional reiki hand signaling and chanting. In clearing any blockages, it will allow energy to flow freely through your body. |
